Automated moderation

Published content (photos, videos, audio, listing text, spots, drops, posts and comments) is analysed by an automated system before or just after publication (DSA art. 15(1)(e)). Lives are checked continuously, at a rate of about one frame per minute; live chat messages are analysed after they are posted. The text of private messages is not analysed: only the images and voice messages shared in them are. If an analysis fails, the content is, depending on the case, held back or analysed again; a live keeps running until the next analysis. Any decision can be appealed (see “Right to appeal”).

Automated verdicts recorded (12 months)

189

  • Approved (compliant)173
  • Doubtful16

Decisions made by a human (review queue): 13.

A verdict concerns one analysed item (an image, a video, a text), not a decision: a listing with several photos, or a live, can produce several. Live frames judged compliant are not counted.

Other channels (DSA art. 15)

  • Orders received from public authorities0
  • Trusted-flagger notices (art. 22)0
  • Internal appeals received (art. 20)0
  • of which accepted (decision reversed)0

These two channels received no notifications in the period. They are published explicitly — including at zero — so this report covers every source of decisions.

Methodology

Scope

This report covers reports filed by users via the “Report” button, the verdicts of our automated moderation system, human decisions from the review queue, and authority orders and trusted-flagger notices (DSA art. 22) — published even when they are zero.

Processing times (SLA)

Urgent categories (illegal content, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, minor at risk, privacy violation): review within 24 hours. Immediate danger: team alerted, one-hour target. Other categories: review within 7 days.

Decisions

Confirmed = violation established, the content / account was subject to an action (removal, warning, suspension). Rejected = no violation of our rules or the law. Duplicate = same content already reviewed elsewhere.
