Start a live

You need an account and must be 18 or older. The first time you go live, confirm your age if asked.

From the app

Tap Go live.
Add a title (at least 3 characters). You can add a cover photo and a product to sell.
Check your framing, lighting, camera and microphone in the preview.
Start: your phone broadcasts directly, no other software needed.

The app needs your camera and microphone: allow them in Settings if asked.

From the web

Open Go live in the menu, then choose:

Broadcast from the browser: your webcam, in one click;
Studio mode (OBS): copy the server address and stream key into OBS, then start streaming in OBS. Never share your key.

In studio mode, start the stream within 5 minutes: without any image, the live ends on its own.

Private test

Turn on Private test to check your picture and sound: nobody is notified and nobody can see you. It lasts 15 minutes at most.

Schedule a live

Tap Schedule and pick a time between 15 minutes and 30 days ahead. Your followers can tap Remind me: we notify them 15 minutes before. When it is time, open the scheduled live and tap Go live now.

During the live

Your followers are notified when your first image arrives.
You can edit the title (3 to 80 characters), pin products, answer questions and manage your chat: see Sell in a live and Moderate your chat.
If your connection drops, the broadcast restarts; your viewers wait.

End

Tap End live. You then see the recap: duration, viewers, messages, clicks and contacts on your products. A live started from the app or the browser is not recorded; a live broadcast with OBS has a replay, which you can hide or delete.
