Create an account and sign in
Hahoowa is for people aged 18 or over. You can sign up in the app or on the website.
Sign up
- Open the Hahoowa app or website and choose Create an account.
- Pick a method:
- Continue with Google, Continue with Apple or Continue with Facebook: you sign in with that account, without creating a Hahoowa password;
- or your email and a password (the website also asks for your full name).
- With an email, tick the box “I certify that I am 18 years of age or older” (it also records your acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy), then tap Create my account.
- A verification code is sent to your email. Enter it, then tap Activate my account.
Choose a password you don’t use anywhere else: at least 10 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
Didn’t get the code?
- Check your spam folder: the email comes from no-reply@hahoowa.app.
- Make sure you typed the right address.
- Still nothing? Write to us from that address.
Sign in
Tap Sign in and use the same method you signed up with. If you signed up with Google, Apple or Facebook, use the same button again: that account has no Hahoowa password.
Forgot your password?
Resetting your password from the sign-in screen isn’t available yet.
- If you are still signed in on a device, change your password in Account → Settings → Change password (on the web: Settings).
- Otherwise, write to us from the address linked to your account. Never send us your password.
