Sell in a live

Live shopping puts your listings on display while you present them.

Pin a product

Before starting, choose a product to sell; during the live, open Products to pin more.
Only your own published and approved listings can be pinned.
Viewers open the listing on top of the live, without leaving it, then contact the seller or order.

“I’ll take it” reservations

When a product is pinned, a viewer can write “I’ll take it” in the chat (or “je prends”, “bghit”…). The reservation appears in your Reservations tab:

Send product card: the viewer receives the listing link by private message to complete the order;
Release: you cancel the reservation.

The viewer sees Reserved ✓ and an Order button.

A reservation does not hold stock: check that you really have the item before confirming.

Questions

Viewers can tap Question on a pinned product. You answer from the Questions tab and can pin the answer so everyone sees it.

After the live

The recap shows, for each product, the clicks, contacts and orders that came from the live.

Sell honestly

Show the real product, at the real price.
No false urgency or fake scarcity.
Payment is made on delivery, directly between you and the buyer, according to the order placed on Hahoowa: never a deposit, a bank transfer or a payment link.
A live price must be a real reduction: do not raise your listing’s price to make a discount look bigger.
No counterfeits or prohibited items.
