Appeal a decision
Think a strike or a sanction (read-only, suspension, ban) is a mistake? You can appeal for free.
Where to appeal
- In the app: Account → Settings → Account status (strikes and appeals).
- On the web: the Account status page.
This page stays available even if your account is restricted, suspended or banned.
How to appeal
- Find the strike or sanction concerned, then tap Appeal.
- Explain why you think the decision is wrong (10 characters minimum).
- Tap Submit my appeal.
What happens next
- A person from our team — not an AI — reviews your appeal and replies within 72 hours. The deadline is shown under “My appeals”.
- You get a notification with the outcome.
- If your appeal is accepted, the strike is removed, the sanctions it triggered are lifted, and the content concerned is reviewed again.
- One appeal at a time per decision.
Good to know
- Each strike expires 90 days after it was issued.
- A listing rejected without a strike: edit it so it follows the rules, and it will be checked again. If you think it was a mistake, write to us with the link to the listing.
- The full scale is published on the “Account status” page and in the community guidelines.
