Decisions and appeals on your lives

How your lives are moderated

  • During the live, an image is analysed automatically about once a minute.
  • Chat messages are analysed after they are posted.
  • Viewers’ reports are reviewed by the team.

What can happen

  • Live cut: the broadcast stops for everyone. You cannot start a live for 24 hours.
  • Replay removed or hidden.
  • Strike on your account, depending on severity. Each strike expires after 90 days.

Read the decision

Open Account status, section Decisions on your lives (Account status on the web), then View decision. You will find:

  • what is affected (the live, the replay, your account);
  • the type of problem and the rule concerned;
  • whether the decision was made automatically or by a person;
  • what we found and the date;
  • the deadline to appeal.

Appeal

  1. On the decision, tap Appeal.
  2. Explain why it seems wrong to you (at least 10 characters).
  3. Send.

You can appeal only once, for about six months after the decision. A team member, not an AI, reviews your request. If your appeal is accepted, the decision is cancelled.

A replay targeted by a report under review cannot be deleted (you can hide it): it serves as evidence.
